About You

You’re a naturally warm and friendly person with a bubbly, infectious personality. You enjoy meeting people, making guests feel welcome and going the extra mile to ensure they have a great experience.

Experience in hospitality or guest services is highly regarded, along with a good knowledge of Noosa, its attractions, beaches, restaurants and local hotspots.

Most importantly, you’re reliable, well organised and have a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the On-site Managers, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the resort, with responsibilities including:

· Warmly welcoming incoming and departing guests with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude

· Spending time with guests on arrival and sharing local knowledge, including recommendations for restaurants, attractions and things to do

· Processing online and telephone reservations through our PMS (Resly), ensuring all guest communications are accurate and sent promptly

· Processing deposits, entering data and issuing receipts

· Answering incoming calls and assisting with guest enquiries, reservations and requests

· Preparing apartments for incoming guests and ensuring they are presented to our high standards

· Coordinating and overseeing cleaning contractors

· Maintaining a high level of attention to detail across all areas of guest service and apartment presentation

· Identifying maintenance issues and, with management approval, arranging trades to attend to any required works

· Assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the resort

· Being flexible and willing to jump in and help wherever needed

A keen eye for detail is essential, as is the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and remain calm and friendly when things get busy.
