About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand who takes pride in their work and can confidently lead a crew while delivering exceptional quality.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews on site.

• Read plans and set out projects accurately.

• Install premium architectural roofing and wall cladding systems.

• Manufacture and install custom flashings.

• Maintain high workmanship standards.

• Communicate professionally with builders, clients and project managers.

• Ensure WHS compliance and safe work practices.

• Train and mentor apprentices and junior roofers.

• Keep projects running efficiently and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years metal roofing experience.

• Proven Leading Hand experience preferred.

• Current Driver’s Licence.

• White Card.

• Working at Heights ticket (preferred).

• Ability to read plans and solve problems on site.

• High attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and leadership skills.

• Reliable and punctual.

Metal Roofing Apprentice

1st–4th Year Apprentice | Full Time | Immediate Start

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated apprentices who want to build a long-term career in architectural metal roofing. You’ll work alongside experienced tradesmen on some of Sydney’s best residential projects while learning the trade properly.

What You’ll Learn

• Metal roofing installation.

• Standing Seam and Snap Lock systems.

• Corrugated and Klip-Lok roofing.

• Wall cladding installation.

• Skylight installation.

• Flashing fabrication and installation.

• Box gutters and rainwater systems.

• Reading plans and roof set-out.

• Safe work practices and site management.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a strong work ethic.

• Wants a long-term career.

• Is reliable and punctual.

• Takes pride in their work.

• Has a White Card (or is willing to obtain one).

• Has a driver’s licence or reliable transport.

• Works well within a team.

• Is eager to learn from experienced tradesmen.
