Full Time Bottle Shop Manager

The Commercial is seeking a Full Time Bottle Shop Manager to lead our drive-through bottle shop. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high retail standards and driving sales while leading from the front.

About the Role

As Bottle Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bottle shop, ensuring it is well presented, fully stocked and delivering a fast, friendly customer experience. You'll work closely with the hotel management team while leading and supporting your own team.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the daily operations of the bottle shop

• Inventory management, stock ordering, and supplier liaison

• Delivering agreed margin and sales targets

• Leading, coaching and developing the bottle shop team

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Stock ordering, receiving and inventory management

• Maintaining merchandising standards and promotional displays

• Ensuring RSA and liquor licensing compliance at all times

• Cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and reporting

• Driving sales through product knowledge and customer engagement

• Maintain compliance with all legislative requirements

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in liquor retail management

• Holds a current NSW RSA Competency Card

• Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work

• Leads by example and enjoys motivating a team

• Has strong communication and customer service skills

• Is confident with stock control and point-of-sale systems

• Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
