Store Manager - Brookside

The role: 

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic Store Manager to join the team at our Brookside store. The Store Manager will work to maintain the success of City Beach as one of Australia’s leading fashion retailers, by ensuring outstanding customer service and people experiences.  

You’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of your store operations by building, leading, and driving a high performing team. We need you to lead from the front by coaching and motivating your team, recruiting, and retaining top talent, and ensuring operational excellence within your store! 
 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Be accountable for all aspects of store operations including managing and leading the store team, ensuring our stores are open and ready to be shopped by our customers 

• Enforce the customer centric nature of City Beach by providing a superior people experience through a supportive and developmentally focused environment 

• Manage and monitor performance to ensure your team delivers results and performance objectives to Company Standards 

• Controlling rostering and wage management 

• Managing the movement of stock to reduce shrinkage and optimise sales, filling and tidying the shop floor and getting store set up for promotions and sales 

• Have ultimate oversight and accountability for the people within your team 
   

What we are looking for: 

• Previous retail store management experience 

• Outstanding customer service

• Experience in rostering and wage control 

• Ability to effectively lead and develop a team 

• Ability to resolve conflict 

• Previous experience in stocktake 

• An understanding of visual merchandising techniques
