We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Associate to join our award-winning team.

You will work alongside Elite Agents, gain hands-on industry knowledge, and build the foundation for a long and successful real estate career.

This role is perfect for someone with ambition, energy and a genuine desire to succeed.

• Prospect for new business via calls, door knocking and lead generation

• Nurture buyer and vendor relationships with exceptional service

• Assist in marketing campaigns, open homes and property inspections

• Manage client databases and maintain accurate records

• Stay up to date on local property trends, listings and legislation

• Support your Lead Agent to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations

• Current Certificate of Registration (essential)

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Professional presentation with a positive, can-do attitude

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organised, self-motivated and resilient

• Confidence in engaging with clients and building relationships

• Comfortable with prospecting activities such as door knocking and letterbox drops

• Previous real estate or sales experience is valued but not essential – full training provided

• Australian permanent residency is required for this position
