Project Manager

MORSON EDGE is recruiting a Project Manager for a leading NSW construction contractor delivering a high-profile remediation project valued at $30M+.

This is an immediate requirement on a long-term contract with genuine temp-to-perm potential. The business has a strong pipeline of work and is actively building out its project delivery team.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this role will suit a highly organised and process-driven Project Manager who enjoys managing the commercial and operational aspects of a project while working within an established delivery structure.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of a $30M+ remediation project from a project management perspectiveOversee subcontractor engagement, performance and coordination throughout the project lifecycleMaintain project registers, reporting systems and programme tracking toolsMonitor project costs, variations and commercial performance within a cost-plus delivery modelCoordinate closely with site teams, consultants and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achievedWork alongside a Contract Administrator and Project Coordinator to support project deliveryProvide regular reporting to the Senior Project Manager and wider leadership team

Requirements

Proven experience delivering construction projects valued at $20M+Strong subcontractor management and project coordination experienceHighly organised with excellent reporting and documentation skillsAdvanced Excel skills and confidence managing project registers and reporting systemsStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project controlsExperience with project management software and digital reporting platformsRemedial experience is essential
