As part of our growing retail network, our Chermside store is a vibrant destination where customers can discover their favourite beauty brands, receive genuine advice, and enjoy an exceptional in-store experience.

The Role

If you have a strong understanding of skincare and beauty, love connecting with customers, and enjoy helping others feel confident in their routine, this could be your perfect fit. We're looking for casual team members who thrive on delivering personalised service and making every customer interaction count.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations

• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean, organised, and inviting

• Stay up to date with product knowledge, new launches and industry trends

• Process transactions efficiently while meeting sales targets

• Handle stock management tasks, including restocking and inventory checks

• Participate in promotional activities and assist with in-store events

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of retail experience (ideally in beauty, skincare or cosmetics)

• Experience as a beauty therapist, hairdresser or makeup artist will be highly regarded

• A strong understanding of beauty products and a keen interest in skincare trends

• A natural ability to connect with customers and create a great shopping experience

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

• Someone who stays calm and focused in a fast-paced setting

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• A confident, positive and solution-focused approach
