Counter Sales/ Warehouse Assistant

Due to growth within the company, we are looking for a motivated Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant to join our Townsville Branch. You'll be the friendly face at the trade counter while also supporting smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

• Monday to Friday Shift Work Only I 7:30am - 4:00pm | Permanent Full Time

Duties Include:

As our Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Providing counter and phone service to trade customers

• Process customers' orders and preparing quotes

• Picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders

• Unloading & Loading Trucks

• Organising and maintaining stock

• Supporting general sales activities

• Occasional deliveries using a small ute

About you

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous customer service experience

• Minimum 1 year's warehouse experience - picking packing and dispatching

• Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence (essential)
