We’re looking for a Sommelier who’s as passionate about storytelling through wine as they are about sharing it with others.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Guiding guests through our carefully curated wine list, offering pairing advice that enhances the full Olympus experience.
• Collaborating with the Head Sommelier on list updates, cellar management, and sourcing new wines that speak to our ethos.
• Training our team—building wine confidence across the floor so that every guest conversation is informed and engaging.
• Bringing energy to service—being present, warm, and generous in how you lead, recommend, and contribute.

You’ll Bring

• WSET Level 3 qualifications and a love for Mediterranean wines and emerging producers.
• Experience as a sommelier or senior waiter with a strong wine background.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to uplift those around you.
• A genuine passion for hospitality—and a belief that great wine makes good times even better.
