Multiskilled Tradesperson – Remedial Building Projects

About the role

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys variety and has experience across multiple areas of construction. You will work across a range of remedial building projects, working closely with our Project Managers and Site Supervisors to deliver quality workmanship safely, efficiently and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out a range of remedial building works across Sydney

• Concrete repairs, patching and remediation

• Waterproofing and associated preparation works

• Rendering, plastering and surface preparation

• Carpentry and general building repairs

• Tiling and associated remedial works

• Painting and finishing works where required

• Assist with demolition, preparation and site set-up

• Identify issues on-site and provide practical solutions

• Work from project instructions and specifications

About you

• White Card

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Reliable transport

• Demonstrated construction or remedial building experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong commitment to safety and quality

• A relevant trade qualification or experience in remedial building will be highly regarded
