About the Role

• Join a fast-growing and dynamic rehabilitation provider where you'll help injured workers rebuild their confidence, find meaningful employment and get their lives back on track.

• You'll manage a caseload of job seekers recovering from injury or illness, develop tailored return-to-work strategies, and work closely with insurers, employers and allied health professionals to create sustainable employment outcomes.

• You'll be supported by experienced leadership, a collaborative team, and a culture built on trust.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coach clients on job seeking skills, interview preparation, and workplace confidence

• Support injured workers with return-to-work strategies that boost independence

• Collaborate with employers and our allied health team to tailor job placement plans

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, insurers and brokers

• Identify suitable roles and negotiate with employers to secure sustainable placements

What You’ll Bring:

• 12+ months experience in employment placement services, vocational rehab or closely related role

• Strong written communication skills

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, self-directed work style with strong organisational ability

• A passion for helping people get back on track

What’s In It For You?

• Base Salary $70,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)

• 20% performance bonus, achievable and clearly structured
