Are you passionate about Printing, precision, quality, and adding the perfect finishing touch? We're looking for Experienced Operators to join our production team and play a vital role in creating beautifully finished books. Do you have an eye for detail, enjoy working with machinery.

Candidates will need previous experience within the Print industry. Be able to work independently and collaborate within a dynamic team environment to achieve results and meet business expectations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain printing, binding and other finishing equipment.

• Set up machines based on specific job requirements and design specifications.

• Monitor production processes to ensure high-quality finishes.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.

• Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail

• Commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.

• Previous experience in print or publishing industries is a requirement.
