Principal Solution Designer

Job Title: Principal Solution Designer Java / Spring Boot / Microservices
We are looking for an experienced Principal Solution Designer with strong expertise in Java,Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud, and Enterprise Architecture to drive solution design andtechnology strategy for large-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will workclosely with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and clients to define scalable, secure,and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise goals.The role requires deep technical expertise, architectural leadership, stakeholder management, andhands-on experience designing modern, cloud-native applications.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives. Define architectural blueprints, solution patterns, and technology roadmaps. Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performance microservices-based applications. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs. Develop HLDs, LLDs, integration specifications, and architecture artifacts. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
Technology Leadership Provide technical leadership for Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices implementations. Guide development teams on architecture principles, design patterns, coding standards, and best practices. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies. Drive application modernization initiatives, including monolith-to-microservices transformation.
Cloud & Integration Architecture Design cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Architect APIs, event-driven systems, and distributed application ecosystems. Define integration strategies involving REST APIs, messaging platforms, and third-party systems. Design containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
Required Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. 14+ years of experience in software development and enterprise solution architecture. Minimum 5+ years of experience designing distributed and microservices-based systems. Proven track record in leading architecture and design for large enterprise programs. Experience working in global delivery and consulting environments.
