About the role:

Welcome to SEAGULLS! Lot Two is a fresh, open and light space, overlooking the pristine waters of the Terranora Broad Water.

We are currently seeking a KITCHEN HAND to join our friendly and experienced kitchen team!

Your Key Priorities will be to:

• Provide assistance to our Chefs within the kitchen environment
• Limited Basic Food Preparation
• Naturally lots of washing, cleaning and organising
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Adhering to strict health and hygiene standards
• Adhering to Work Health & Safety legislation

The Candidate:

• Previous experience as a kitchen hand
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work unsupervised in a high pressure environment
• Maintain safety standards
• Full availability over a seven day week is a must including days/nights/weekends.
