Service Technician

About the role

As a Service Technician, you'll work directly with customers, servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of agricultural and construction equipment. Working both on & off site

Key responsibilities

• Servicing & repairing Agricultural & Construction Machinery

• Conducting equipment inspections and recommending maintenance solutions

• Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools and technology

• Completing service documentation accurately and efficiently

• Delivering exceptional customer service and technical support

• Participating in ongoing product and technical training

About you

• Mechanical Trade Qualification or near Qualified (3rd & 4th year)

• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

• Ideally experience in repairing heavy equipment, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, or diesel engines

• Ability to work independently

• Strong time management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and safe work practices
