Portland Tabulam Health Centre services include Residential Aged Care, sub-acute beds, and hosts a variety of community health services and allied health partners from the Lithgow Health Service. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Portland Tabulam Multiple Purpose Health Service. In this role, you will provide safe and effective care to patients and residents as directed by the Nurse Manager. Your responsibilities will include delivering care activities in accordance with individual nursing care plans and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, all within the scope of practice for an Enrolled Nurse.

You will be expected to communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, residents, their families, and other members of the healthcare team. A key part of your role will be contributing to and maintaining accurate health records and documentation to support high quality care and continuity.
