Position Purpose
The Rostering Coordinator supports the delivery of safe, efficient and participant‑centred rosters for ITEC Health.
Working under general supervision, the role assists with coordinating worker skills and availability to participant needs, maintaining service continuity, and providing routine administrative support. The position works collaboratively with Customer Services, Clinical, Payroll and Billing to help ensure:
The role also participates in the after‑hours/on‑call rostering rotation, in line with established protocols, company policy and the SCHADS Award.
