Agents’Agency supports a national real estate network of 160+ independent agencies across Australia and we’re looking for a Receptionist Coordinator to join our team. This role sits at the heart of our communication system.

What You’ll Be Doing (The Real Stuff)

Working alongside our Administration team, and helping to coordinate our Frankston Reception teams day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Being the face of our Frankston-based office, and general go-to person for colleagues

• Answering inbound calls from buyers, sellers, tenants & general public

• Quickly triaging enquiries and routing them to the right agency or person

• Logging notes and context into our internal systems

• Managing time-sensitive enquiries and escalation pathways

• Representing the Agents’Agency brand with warmth and clarity

• Working with moderate call volume across a variety of enquiry types

Who Thrives in This Role

• Being able to build positive relationships, support colleagues and help create and maintain a welcoming workplace culture

• Confident & friendly phone manner

• Calm under pressure with good call volume tolerance

• Fast thinker with attention to detail

• Adaptable, and being able to handle multiple systems/screens, and can switch between tasks and respond positively when priorities or circumstances change

• Strong written & verbal communication

• Experience in call centre, reception, customer service, switchboard or admin (required)

• Interest in real estate or property (nice to have, not essential)

Most importantly, you like helping people and you enjoy being the person who brings order to chaos.
