YOUR ROLE

You will provide sales and technical support to our Sales Manager and Account managers in an efficient, accurate and timely manner. Working together with the sales team you will utilise your Microsoft Office skills to provide administrative support for our major accounts.

You be required to:

• Prepare various reports as required.
• Prepare quotations on behalf of Account Managers and Sales Manager.
• Provide technical support to Account Managers and Sales Manager for their respective customer base.
• Maintain Customer Catalogues and CRM System up to date.
• Maintain Online Store Back of house.
• Maintain Price Files.
• Business Analytics.
• Co-Ordinate Samples.
• Assist with New product requests & Product Reclass.
• Assist with Inventory Forecast Input.
Co-Ordination of business functions, both internal and external conferences/ seminars

ABOUT YOU

Utilize your strong admin, organizational, and communication skills to seamlessly interact with the sales team, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our customers. Previous roles have honed your customer service and administration expertise, with exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

The other essentials we are looking for:

• Customer service and sales orientation
• Ability to work with pace and accuracy
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Hands-on approach & Excellent time management skills
• Flexible, Ability to Work autonomously and be able to Prioritise
System 21 expertise is desirable
