THE ROLE & WHY JOIN US

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Brand Manager for Plumm you will execute PLUMM's brand, marketing and sales strategies across retail, on-premise, eCommerce and export channels. You'll also:

• Lead consumer events, sponsorships and trade activations that drive brand awareness and sales.
• Manage and grow wholesale customer relationships while supporting distributor partnerships.
• Deliver new product launches from concept through to market.
• Analyse sales, market and financial performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage pricing, margins, budgets and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers to deliver exceptional brand experiences.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To be successful in this role, you'll bring experience in an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager role, along with:

• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse margins, pricing, costings, forecasts and sales performance
• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
• Experience supporting or leading new product development projects from concept through to launch
• A passion for wine, hospitality, premium consumer products or lifestyle brands
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• A current driver's licence and willingness to attend events and customer meetings as required
