Senior Medical / Dental Receptionist 

Front Desk Coordinator 

Sutherland Dental, Sutherland NSW 

Full time, minimum 4 days a week. 8am to 6pm.

The role 

Take ownership of our front desk and keep the practice running on time. 

• Running reception day to day 

• Diary, patient flow and recalls across five clinicians 

• Phones, emails and enquiries 

• Payments, HICAPS, health funds and Afterpay 

• Treatment plan coordination and the money conversations 

• Accounts and practice admin 

About you 

Non-negotiable: 

• 2+ years in medical or a similar practice reception role. Dental, GP, specialist rooms or allied health all count. 

Just as important: 

• Warm with patients, calm when it's busy 

• Organised, reliable, happy to take initiative 

• Positive, and easy for a team to work alongside 

Dental experience and Core Practice software are ideal, but not essential. If you're the right person, we'll train you up.
