Precast Concrete Production Hand

RMK Precast is a leading manufacturer of high-quality precast concrete panels supplying major high-rise construction projects throughout NSW. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Casual Production Hand to join our production team.

This is an ongoing casual position with consistent hours for the right person.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in producing quality products, and is looking for stable, long-term employment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role

Working in our undercover precast manufacturing facility, your duties will include:

• Preparing moulds for concrete pours

• Assisting with pouring, finishing and curing concrete

• Stripping and preparing completed precast concrete panels

• Cleaning and maintaining moulds, tools and work areas

• Safely operating hand and power tools

• General production and labouring duties

• Working safely and efficiently to meet production schedules

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in concreting, precast concrete, construction, manufacturing or another physically demanding industry

• A strong work ethic and reliable attendance record

• The ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• The ability to follow instructions and work well within a team

• A current driver's licence and reliable transport

• A commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety

The following are advantageous but not essential:

• Forklift Licence

• Gantry Crane experience/ License

• Dogging or Rigging Licenses
