Role Description
We are seeking a Security Technician, Senior Security Technician, Service Technician and Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Edwardstown, SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems, including alarm systems, CCTV, and access control. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring systems remain fully operational, and providing client support to resolve concerns and optimise system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair security systems including alarms, CCTV/IP cameras, and access controlDiagnose and troubleshoot system faults efficientlyEnsure all systems comply with relevant standards and operational requirementsProvide professional on-site client support and system guidanceAdhere to occupational health and safety requirements at all times
Skills & Experience
Proven experience installing and maintaining alarm systems and CCTV/IP security camerasExperience with one or more of the following systems:GallagherIntegritiInceptionProtegeSaltoNX Witness / MilestoneAbility to identify and resolve technical issues independentlyStrong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Requirements
Valid Australian driver’s licenceSecurity LicenceCabling LicenceEWP Licence Scissor and BoomPolice CheckAbility to work on-site across various client locationsStrong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
