About the Role

We’re looking for a Psychologist, Counsellor, or allied health professional to join our team in Melbourne’s South East Region.

You’ll deliver a mix of face‑to‑face and Telehealth mental health support to participants engaged in employment and vocational programs. The role includes both individual counselling and group‑based interventions, working with a diverse client group to support wellbeing and participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one‑on‑one and group counselling sessions
• Provide support via in‑person and Telehealth delivery
• Develop and deliver practical, outcome‑focused interventions
• Maintain clear case notes and meet compliance requirements
• Work closely with employment services teams
• Connect participants with relevant community supports

About You

• AHPRA registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist
• Counsellors (PACFA or ACA) encouraged to apply
• Social Workers (AASW) also considered
• Experience in mental health, community, or employment settings
• Able to deliver structured interventions and build rapport quickly
• Strong communication and organisational skills
