Registered Nurse, Community Older Persons Mental Health - ESMHS

1. Tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
2. Demonstrated experience in the assessment, treatment and management of Older People with a mental illness in a community setting.
3. Demonstrated commitment to a consumer focused, recovery-oriented approach and consumer collaboration in care planning.
4. Demonstrated commitment to own personal and professional development and the participation in risk management, work health and safety and quality improvement in the workplace.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Demonstrated skills in time management.
7. Computer literacy, along with an understanding of the EMR recording system.
8. Current Driver's License.
