ABOUT THE ROLEReporting to the Clubs & Competitions Manager, in this role you’ll be responsible for the experience and retention of players and growth of cricket through associations, clubs and competitions within the Sydney North West area.In this role you will:Collaborate internally and externally to deliver outstanding experiences for our customersSupport the development and growth of volunteers in your regionBuild strong relationships with associations and clubs, putting the volunteers and players at the center of decision makingProvide leadership, support and development of volunteers to support the delivery of cricket activities, programs and competitionsIncrease registered participation rates for 5-12 year oldsUse insights to inform recruitment and retention strategiesWork with volunteers to support the delivery of cricket within your region ABOUT YOUExcellent at building relationshipsStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsExperience dealing with and supporting customersStrong written and verbal communication skillsCreative approach to solving problems to find win/win solutionsDesire to listen, learn and develop your skillsComputer literacyAbility to work flexiblyCricket knowledge is not essential!
