Ready to turn your love for the outdoors into a real career? We are looking for a fit, motivated, and energetic Horticulturist/Gardener to join our team in the Southern Suburbs & Sutherland Shire. This isn't just a job pushing a mower—it’s your chance to work outdoors every day and grow your knowledge from a company with over 25 years experience.
What You'll Be Doing
• Assisting with the maintenance and renovation of gardens, landscapes, and turf.
• Performing regular hands-on tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Developing skills in plant and lawn care, soil management, irrigation systems, and equipment operation and maintenance.
• Collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality services to our residential and commercial clients.
• Adhering to all relevant workplace health and safety guidelines.
What We're Looking For
• Proven, solid experience in the garden maintenance or landscaping industry is required.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, and safe chemical application.
• A reliable, self-motivated work ethic with excellent teamwork skills.
• A current Australian driver's licence.
• Landscape construction experience is a strong bonus.
