RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL CLEANERS

About the role

Camila Way Cleaning Services is looking for reliable, motivated cleaners who want stable, long-term work with an established Brisbane cleaning company. Most work is available Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Additional commercial cleaning work may also be available outside these hours and on weekends.

About you

• You must have your own reliable car available for work

• You must hold a valid driver's licence

• You must already have legal Australian working rights that allow you to remain on an ongoing basis

• This is a long-term position and is not suitable for Working Holiday Visa holders or applicants seeking temporary work

• Employer sponsorship is not available for this position

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will work with other members of our team to provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning at client locations throughout Brisbane.

Most residential work takes place Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. Applicants must have good weekday availability during these hours.

Additional commercial work may be available:

• Early mornings
• Evenings
• Weekends

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming and mopping
• Completing residential and commercial cleaning tasks
• Following client instructions and Camila Way procedures
• Travelling between client locations during the day
• Working efficiently as part of a two-person team
• Treating clients, their homes and their property with respect

PAY RATES

• Training rate: $30.00 per hour
• Cleaner with own car: $35.00 per hour
• Team leader with own car: $37.50 per hour

Training is provided for a minimum of 10 working days. Team leader positions are available to suitable applicants who demonstrate the required experience, reliability and leadership ability.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

You must have:

• Your own reliable car available for work
• A valid driver’s licence
• Ongoing Australian working rights
• An ABN, or willingness to obtain one
• A police check, or willingness to obtain one
• Good weekday availability between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm
• Basic spoken and written English
• The physical ability to perform professional cleaning work
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliability, punctuality and a professional attitude
• The ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• A genuine interest in stable, long-term work

Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. We are willing to train people who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic and genuine pride in their work.
