Job Description

We’re looking for a full-time Chef de Partie with a strong a la carte background to join our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll create exceptional dishes, contribute to innovative menu development and oversee daily kitchen operations, all while ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. You’ll mentor junior team members, uphold the highest food safety standards and help keep the kitchen running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

You must have full working rights in Australia to be considered for interview. We offer the Hospitality Industry General Award base rate of $32.13 per hour plus applicable penalty rates.

Your Role Will Include

Assist with menu preparation and ensuring adequate supplies are available for expected serviceApply diverse cooking techniques to consistently deliver exceptional dishesEnsure exceptional food standards, from preparation to presentationMaintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen that meets all food safety standardsMonitor and control food waste, stock levels, and kitchen resourceLead and mentor junior staff, and provide guidance, training and supportAssist the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and promote a positive working culture where every person is valued
