Join a High-Performing Sales Team | Residential Sales Agent (Inbound & Outbound)
Drive results in a fast-paced, phone-based sales environment
We’re looking for a driven and results-focused Residential Sales Agent to join our centralised Inbound/Outbound Sales team.
This is a pure phone-based sales role, where success is defined by your ability to convert opportunities, generate revenue, and consistently hit targets. Based in Geelong, you’ll manage inbound enquiries and execute outbound sales activity while contributing to performance across the South Region.
What you’ll be doing
Handling a high volume of inbound sales calls, converting enquiries into bookings
Delivering structured outbound call activity to follow up leads, quotes, and lapsed customers
Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise value on every interaction
Confidently managing objections and closing sales on the spot
Maintaining strong daily call activity, conversion rates, and revenue outcomes
Accurately recording all interactions in CRM systems
Thriving in a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales environment
What success looks like
Consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
Strong conversion performance across inbound and outbound calls
High levels of call productivity and efficiency
Confident closing ability with a focus on results
Positive contribution to overall team performance and culture

Proven experience in phone-based sales or contact centre environments
Confidence in handling high call volumes and closing sales
Strong objection handling and influencing skills
Competitive, target-driven mindset
Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
Clear, confident communication skills
High attention to detail and system accuracy
