About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our Underwood team. Whether you have a background in retail sales, customer service or the trades, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Bring

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Sales experience and confidence working towards targets
• An interest in tools, power tools or the construction industry
• A positive attitude and strong team mentality
• Basic computer skills
• Trade or construction experience is highly regarded but not essential

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist customers in-store and over the phone
• Recommend the right products and provide expert advice
• Promote current specials and new product ranges
• Resolve customer enquiries professionally
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation
• Continue developing your product knowledge through ongoing training

Roster: 11-day fortnight, including one rostered weekend day each week.
