Diploma Lead Educator (Toddler) - Sunshine Coast

About the Role

This is a wonderful opportunity to join Rise Early Learning Sunshine Coast as a Lead Educator, where you will be responsible for bringing leadership, structure, and consistency to our toddler space while delivering meaningful learning experiences for young children.

In this role, you will effectively lead daily practice, guide routines and contribute to high-quality documentation. You will work alongside a collaborative team where you will be valued and supported in your professional growth and continuous career development.

Essential Criteria:

• Valid Blue Card
• Strong demonstrated understanding of contemporary child safe practices, including child safeguarding responsibilities
• Available for full-time work across service operational days and hours (Monday to Friday, 6AM-6PM), with flexibility as required
• Solid recent experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector as a Room/Team Leader/Lead Educator, particularly with the toddler age group
• ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current Food Safety training, with a certificate to be provided*
• Current Child Protection training, including a recognised course code for 'Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk', with evidence to be provided*
• Current Child Safety training (Geccko), with a certificate to be provided*
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates, with certificate/s to be provided, to fulfil Responsible Person role*

* To be completed prior to your first working shift.
