As an Educator you will be involved in planning and supporting the educational program, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework, current approaches, theorists and research in early childhood education. Our programs encourage children to become active learners through a play-based curriculum that encourages thinking, investigating, exploring and problem solving in a social environment.

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and driven Early Childhood Educators to join our experienced and supportive team, currently hiring:

·        Full Time Nursery Room Leader (0 – 2 Room) - Diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred

·        Part Time Floating Educator – Minimum 15 hours per week (Lunch cover, programming cover and general support) – Certificate III in Early Childhood Education preferred

What We’re Looking For:

·        Diploma Or Certificate III qualified educator

·        Genuine passion for children and shaping future generations

·        Demonstrated experience in a similar role

·        Proven ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences

·        Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

·        Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and relevant regulations

·        Able to confidently prioritise children’s safety and child safe values

·        Current NSW Working with Children Check, Child Protection Training and Annual Refresher Training, Completed Gecko Training, First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (ACECQA-approved), Red Nose Safe Sleep Training, Food Handling Certificate
