EL1 Project Manager

Mandatory Criteria:

• Experience and knowledge in delivering Infrastructure projects,
• An ability to work under pressure against short timescales.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and managing cross-disciplinary technical programs, from project definition to product delivery/demonstration.

Weighted Criteria:

• Ability to contribute to agency's continuous improvement by improving systems, processes and tools related to project management and reporting.

• Excellent Stakeholder management and ability to collaborate and communicate effectively that contributes to a cross-functional team development pipeline.

• Experience tracking a complex ICT project and providing support to clear blocking issues.

• Familiarity with AGILE methodology and project tracking.

• Ability to producing talking points, project documentation and undertake research and issue resolution independently and as directed by the Program SRO and Delivery Lead.
