Sales Associate

About the role

McGrath Epping is looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join Team Middleton, supporting leading local agent David Middleton. Your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities and helping David spend more time on high-value, client-facing activities. The role will have a strong focus on prospecting, lead generation and leverage activities that help the team create more opportunities and grow its presence across the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Making daily prospecting calls to homeowners, buyers and potential sellers

• Following up past clients, market appraisals and pipeline opportunities

• Building relationships with buyers and identifying future sellers

• Booking appraisal appointments for David

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records within the CRM

• Supporting letterbox drops, just listed and just sold campaigns

• Assisting with open homes, private inspections and auctions

• Preparing prospecting lists, reports and campaign materials

• Working consistently toward clear daily and weekly activity targets

About you

• Driven, resilient and motivated by results

• Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone

• Consistent and willing to complete high-volume prospecting

• Coachable and open to regular feedback

• Organised and able to follow proven systems

• Confident, professional and reliable

• A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships

• Focused on creating a long-term career in real estate

• A current NSW Certificate of Registration, or willingness to obtain one

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
