At Spicers Potts Point, we are searching for a Front Office Supervisor who embodies the essence of warm hospitality and is driven to exceed expectations at every turn.

What you’ll be doing…

• Curating bespoke itineraries, from dining recommendations to local activities.

• Crafting and serving signature cocktails that reflect the charm of our boutique bar.

• Anticipating needs and being the gracious host that guests remember.

• Proactively seeking out what you can do to enhance a guests stay and time in Sydney

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the front office team, fostering a strong and supportive team culture.

• Daily Front Office operations including; organising guest itineraries, checking in/out guests, ensuring the teams accuracy of guest reservations and billing

• Assist with F&B administrative tasks, including ordering, stock takes, and cross  training of reception staff in bar and restaurant operations.

• Ensure continuous improvement to a safe, nurturing and caring workplace

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring seamless front office operations

• Manage the hotel in absence of Front Office Manager and General Manager, ensuring consistency in service and operations.

• Periodic responsibility for the overnight/after-hours phone.

• Executing enhancements to our F&B program including bar, mini bar and breakfast to enhance offering and margins.

You'll thrive in this role if you have...

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a front office, reception or customer service role ideally within a luxury hotel environment (essential);

• RSA and NSW competency card (or be willing to obtain one)

• Strong communication skills and eye for detail;

• Positive attitude and love for customer service;

• Ability and willingness to commence work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays;

• A passion for Sydney and its eateries and unique activities to show off to our guests;
