An opportunity is now available for experienced Stock Coordinator to join our Production Team based at our Burleigh Heads Branch in QLD.

How You’ll Make a Difference 

Working closely with the Logistics Team you will be tasked with various functions:

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, delivery dockets and quality requirements before stock is accepted into inventory
• Ensure stock is stored, labelled and handled to prevent damage, contamination, loss or incorrect use
• Pick all job components accurately and have them available for production by the required timeframes
• Maintain stock locations to support efficient picking and stock control
• Coordinate logistics requirements with suppliers, freight providers, internal departments and customers to support timely movement of goods
• Communicate stock shortages, picking delays, receiving issues and freight impacts to the relevant manager or stakeholder as soon as practicable
• Make day-to-day prioritisation decisions for receiving, shelving, picking and dispatch activities in line with production and customer requirements

About you

As the successful candidate, you will have:

• Certificate III in Transport and Logistics (Warehousing) or equivalent experience (highly regarded)
• Forklift Licence
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehousing/logistics role
• Intermediate PC skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A willingness to cross-train in other areas to support staff leave
• Team player
