Mechanical Assembler - Generators & Pump Systems

Join a Modern Manufacturing Facility

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our production team at our purpose-built manufacturing facility in Brooklyn, Victoria.

This hands-on role involves the assembly and testing diesel generators, diesel engines, electric pump systems and associated equipment for customers across Australia. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and production staff in a safe, clean and well-equipped workshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical assembly and testing of diesel generators

• Assembly and testing of electrical pumping equipment

• Reading and interpreting assembly drawings and work instructions

• Use of hand and power tools

• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment

• Supporting workshop and production activities as required

Skills & Experience

• Experience in mechanical assembly, fitting, manufacturing, diesel, automotive or industrial equipment preferred

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential

• Full working rights in Australia
