We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Electrical Products to lead the engineering function across our Products business.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for engineering governance, product compliance, technical standards, team development and strategic product support. You will provide direction to engineering teams while ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with customer, regulatory and commercial requirements.

Working closely with senior leadership, customers, suppliers and project teams, you will play a key role in shaping the future growth and technical capability of the business.

• Lead the Electrical Products Engineering team to deliver safe, compliant and high-quality outcomes.
• Establish, maintain and continuously improve engineering standards, specifications and design practices.
• Oversee engineering deliverables across power distribution, control systems and instrumentation products.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Australian and international standards, including AS/NZS, IEC and IEEE.
• Provide technical leadership and support for estimating, quoting and project execution activities.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments and technical audits.
• Develop engineering capability through coaching, mentoring and performance leadership.
• Support key customer and supplier relationships by providing high-level technical expertise.
• Drive innovation, standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability and engineering excellence.

You are a respected engineering leader with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver outcomes.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years' experience in electrical engineering, product development or project delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior engineering or engineering management role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, control systems and protection schemes.
• Experience developing engineering standards and governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or eligibility.
• RPEQ or equivalent professional registration.
• Experience within mining, energy, utilities, infrastructure or heavy industry sectors.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, ETAP, PowerFactory or similar engineering software.
