Business Development Manager

About the role

You will be the face of Convert Co, a subsidiary of Legacy Business Coaching , winning new clients and building genuine relationships to grow a book of business. You sell and own the client relationship, while our specialist delivery team handles the campaign build and optimisation. You'll have warm leads coming to you from day one, with every incentive to build your own pipeline through networking, referrals and outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Speaking with inbound leads, understanding their business, and converting them into retained clients

• Building your own pipeline through networking, referrals and outreach — and owning the clients you generate

• Running natural, consultative sales conversations

• Being the trusted point of contact for the clients on your book

• Presenting performance and results in plain, confident language on calls and video

• Keeping clients happy, retained, and open to growing their spend

• You're a natural, genuine communicator who can hold a room and build trust fast

• You're self-motivated and thrive working remotely without someone looking over your shoulder
