What you will do

• Work proactively to complete a range of administrative tasks

• You’re the welcoming face of our practice, greeting and engaging with patients

• Manage the phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments

• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless patient experience

• Update and maintain records using our patient management system

What you will bring

• Access to own vehicle and comfortable driving to multiple practice locations

• Happy to be based across Norwood and Mount Barker practices

• Friendly, engaging demeanor and excellent communication skills

• Any previous Dental or Medical Reception experience would be a bonus!

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills
