About the role

As our Fire Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our fire maintenance and service operations. Working closely with technicians, customers, and management, you'll ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently, compliance requirements are met, and our clients continue to receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinating fire maintenance and service schedules

• Managing technician workloads and job allocations

• Liaising with clients and responding to service enquiries

• Processing service reports, defects, and quotations

• Managing compliance documentation and records

• Ensuring service delivery deadlines are met

• Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in a Fire Services Coordination role

• Experience using Uptick

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Strong communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities

• Professional, positive, and team-focused attitude

• Experience within the fire protection industry highly regarded but not essential
