About Unison
We’re one of Victoria’s largest providers of social and affordable housing. Every year Unison assists over 3,500 people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across Victoria.

About the role
We're looking for a Manager, Maintenance who can lead people, solve problems and keep things moving. You'll lead a capable team responsible for maintaining homes for some of our community's most vulnerable people, balancing competing priorities while ensuring issues are resolved quickly, professionally and with care.
This is a role for someone who enjoys making decisions, building trusted relationships and taking ownership. You'll work closely with contractors and internal teams, navigating everything from day-to-day maintenance to urgent property issues.
