About the role
The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales Limited (REINSW) is the peak industry body for real estate professionals in NSW. We represent, support and advocate for the property services industry and provide practical tools, guidance, training and policy leadership for our members.
We are looking for a Property Manager who is looking to step sideways and is highly organised, proactive and relationship-focused Committees Executive to coordinate and continuously improve REINSW’s Committee and Chapter engagement function.
This is a key role within our Agency Services team, working closely with the General Counsel, Committees Co-ordinator, Committee members, and internal and external stakeholders.
About the role:
The Committees Executive is responsible for coordinating REINSW’s Committee and Chapter engagement activities, including Committee meetings, sub-committees, stakeholder engagement, Committee-led initiatives, onboarding, Committee governance processes and the conversion of Committee expertise into practical member value.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple moving parts, driving follow-through and supporting senior industry volunteers to contribute meaningfully to REINSW’s member and policy work.

You will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, industry volunteers and internal teams, and you will know how to keep meetings, projects and action points moving.
A current real estate licence, and willingness to maintain the required qualification and complete annual CPD requirements, is essential.
