About the role

Join North Queensland's Largest and Most Experienced Solar Company as a Solar & Battery Sales Consultant. You will be supported by a highly experienced team that delivers exceptional ongoing support to you and our customers. Horan & Bird has an elite customer care team along with an Electrical Engineering team that monitors our Solar & Battery Fleet 24/7, so that you as a sales person have the peace of mind that your customers will be treated with the Gold Standard.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting in-home solar and battery consultations with qualified leads

• Helping customers understand their energy usage, costs, and system options

• Presenting tailored solar and battery solutions

• Managing your pipeline through our CRM.

• Working closely with admin, finance, and installation teams

• Building trust and long-term customer relationships

About you

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

• Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process

• Professional presentation and attitude

• Confidence working with technology and CRM systems

• Sales experience essential

• Solar industry experience highly regarded

• Driver's licence required

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face

• Coachable and open to feedback
