The Role: Carpenter

We are looking for a skilled, hard-working Carpenter to join our core team. This isn't a "supervisor" role; it’s a role for someone who wants to be on the tools daily, doing high-end work and growing within a business that tackles difficult projects. You’ll be working alongside the Director and helping keep an eye on site standards and contractors when we scale up.

Responsibilities:

• Carpentry: High-spec architectural framing, lock-up, and detailed fixing. Renovation and extension experience required. We build from the ground up so all aspects of building and carpentry are required.

• Site Support: Keeping an eye on site standards and helping coordinate subcontractors.

• Problem Solving: Working through complex plans and technical details.

• Organisation: Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe site.

• Efficiency: Working hard and taking pride in a high standard of finish.

About You

• Qualified: 5+ years post-trade experience.

• Mindset: Young, keen, and looking to better yourself. We want someone who is ready to double down on challenging builds.

• Background: Experience as a Sole Trader is a plus, but not required—it shows you understand the responsibility of the job.

• Technical: Ability to read plans and communicate clearly with the team and subbies.

• Essentials: Current driver’s licence, White Card, and a reliable work vehicle.

Tools & Equipment

You must be fully self-sufficient. This role requires a complete set of professional tools and equipment (cordless, power, and hand tools) to execute high-spec carpentry from start to finish.
