Panel Shop Receptionist

Pierce Body Works is a well-established panel shop in the northern suburbs that does all types of insurance work and private repairs with a focus on not at fault claims.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual with experience working in panel shops and using iBodyShop to join our team as a full-time Receptionist. This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining the high standards that our customers expect. 

Your main duties will include general reception and administration tasks, customer service, and supporting our team with various operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, arrange vehicle collections, and manage booking appointments.

• Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the office.
