Responsibilities:Full ownership of operational HR administrative duties: on-boarding and off-boarding of employees, recruitment, dealing with employee HR queries, and other related admin duties;Supporting full end-to-end recruitment, promoting collaborative approaches to achieve the strategic and operational priorities of the business ensuring the attraction and engagement of a quality workforce;Partner with people leaders and provide support in the effective delivery of people strategies and hands-on management of people issues in the business;Be the first point of contact for all internal and external HR related enquiries.Respond as appropriate utilising knowledge of HR frameworks, policies and systems;Manage various reports and other related documents;
Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of related experience in a similar HR generalist role with operational responsibility;Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources is desired but not essential;Experience in the construction machinery or similar industry is preferred;Good knowledge and demonstrated understanding of Fair Work and HR best practices in Australia;Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team;Strong organisational and time management skills.Mandarin is plus point
