You will bring every detail to life and craft thoughtful, memorable experiences in our beautifully curated Rundle Place location, opening this August.
ABOUT THE ROLETogether with the Boutique Manager, you will:Lead with intention, setting the tone through elevated service and presence.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and brand to provide considered, expert guidance.Mentor and uplift the team, encouraging confidence, collaboration, and skill-building.Elevate the team’s performance using KPIs as a tool to to drive growth, nurture development, and ensure continued success.Build trust and rapport with your customer base through attentive, considered engagement and thoughtful responses.Oversee inventory and ensure the boutique is beautifully stocked and presented.Uphold policies and procedures, fostering alignment with our brand spirit and culture.
