Project Manager

LINK Enterprise Solutions has been delivering trusted security and integrated technology solutions across Australia for more than 20 years. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Projects team and drive the successful delivery of projects and minor works across our business. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for leading our team of technicians, supported by a Project & Operations Coordinator, while overseeing the planning, execution and successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion. You'll work closely with our Service Department to coordinate resources, maximise technician utilisation and ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven Project Management experience within the Electronic Security, CCTV, Access Control, ICT or Integrated Technology industry. This industry experience is essential, along with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for both clients and your team.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead, mentor and develop a team of field technicians and Project Coordinator. Manage multiple projects and minor works from handover through to completion. Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors. Conduct regular site visits to review progress and workmanship, obtain and file contractor Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) laws and policies. Attend weekly meetings and Work in Progress (WIP) reviews, ensuring all job files, photographs, and documentation are kept up to date. Work closely with the Service Team to maximize technician utilisation and scheduling. Monitor project budgets, profitability, variations, and timelines. Build strong client relationships and provide regular project updates. Ensure projects are delivered to LINK's high standards for quality, safety and customer satisfaction. Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and operational processes.
To be successful in this role, you'll have: Tertiary or university education is preferred, however practical skills and industry knowledge also highly regarded. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple active projects and competing priorities.Confidence reading plans and scope documents, with a solid understanding of project budgets, labour and material rates.Previous experience in a similar role is essential.Experience delivering Electronic Security, CCTV, Access Control, ICT or Integrated Technology projects.Current Driver's Licence and White Card.Ability to get State Security Clearances.Experience using SimPRO preferred.
